Where These Plugs Fit
Round tapered plugs seal open holes and ports on machines, enclosures and metal parts. They are used for dust protection during storage and shipping, and as protective plugs on threaded or plain bores before final assembly.
The photo shows the molded design from two sides: a tapered body that wedges into the bore, a flange that stops against the surface, and a head with a molded power symbol so the plug reads as an electrical port cover.
What You Can Specify
The plug diameter follows your port or hole size, with your choice of flange style, head marking and pull-tab shape. Compounds available include natural rubber, SBR, NBR, EPDM, chloroprene, FKM and silicone; black is standard and custom colors are available.
Buyer tip: give us the hole diameter and whether the edge is plain or threaded. Taper and flange are then set so the plug stays in place without tools.
