Shengyi Rubber Parts manufactures custom molded rubber components. The range covers rubber caps, plugs, gaskets, seals, grommets, button caps, vibration mounts and other custom molded parts. Parts are produced to your drawing or sample in natural rubber, SBR, NBR, EPDM, chloroprene, FKM and silicone compounds, serving automotive, medical, machinery and electronics, sports, and kitchen and bath applications where parts must seal, connect, protect against dust or provide protection.
Our approach
From your drawing to a molded part
Most parts we supply start as a drawing, a sample, or a described use case.
Buyers come to us when a standard catalog part does not fit: a port that needs a cap, an enclosure that needs a shaped gasket, a panel that needs button caps with molded legends, or a machine that needs vibration isolation. We work from your 2D drawing, 3D model or physical sample, confirm material and geometry, then mold the part. Rubber tubes, sleeves, plugs, sealing pads and seals, custom industrial parts, skeleton-embedded seals, dampers and rubber-metal bonded products are all within our range.
